Here’s the most scrumptious Red Velvet Cheesecake - another treasure of Blenz coffee. What you can see is a big layer of cheesecake (bottom) red velvet cake(top) sandwiched together with a thin layer of cream in the middle, enveloped with super rich white chocolate ganache and topped with sweet white chocolate shavings.
